SICS Polygraph’s recruitment will be different from any other company. Except for the usual perusing of CV and matching the candidates to requirements of positions, the candidates provided to you will also have undergone the following:

  1. Forensic pre-employment interview
  2. Reference Checks will be conducted based on forensic format created over past 10 years.
  3. ITC Check
  4. Background Check
  5. Social / Media Profile
  6. Pre-Employment Polygraph Screening
  7. Aptitude test ( for managers and above)

You will be provided with a minimum of 3 candidates to choose from that has all passed the criteria set above.

Once you have decided on the candidate you want to appoint, we will complete the signing of your company employment contract, as well as all the other relevant information needed as indicated by the relevant legislation.

The candidates will also complete a contract with your company that stipulated that should the employee resign within three months that he/she will be obligated to repay your company for the cost incurred to appoint this person.

The cost are per position and are as follow:

  • N$ 6'000-00 per position up until supervisor
  • N$ 12'000-00 per position for manager and beyond
